My Mindset, What sets me apart from the average Real Estate Agent...

A Peak into my mindest...  On average, A person eats out once a day.  Whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner, it will be at an establishment with opportunity to make a personal connection with someone at the establishement.  My thoughts are, since going out to eat already, it makes sense to invite someone to join you for the meal so you can catch up with friends, family, colleagues, potential clients, etc...

Now let's crunch some simple numbers. There is roughly 30 days in the month at average 30 minutes spent per meal. That is 900 minutes of marketing time just by feeding yourself, now let's not forget that you multiply that by two for inviting someone to meet you for the meal and trying to make at least one personal connection with someone already at the establishment.  That is a total of 1800 minutes or 30 hours worth of time to market yourself and your business.

What I am saying is marketing doesn't have to be hard, it could be as simple as grabbing a bite to eat.  How would you like your real estate to be the topic of 1800 minutes of discussion each month?             On average a Real Estate Agent takes all of 15 minutes to input your property details in one or two of many Multiple Listing Services available to brokers and hope that another agent searching the MLS has a cleint that is looking for what you have. On average, that is the extent of the marketing done by the average or part-time agent.   Sad but true that is what most do.

I am currently a Full-Time Real Estate Professional who has personally experienced purchasing a foreclosed home using a 203k (FHA Rehab Loan).  I love being a landlord so much so that I created a business out of it and I am currently a Partner for a Property Management firm that manages a portfolio of residential income property in Essex, Hudson and Bergen Counties.  I am also Partner of property rehab/Handyman business with projects throughout the Northern NJ area.  I previously worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer and Bank Branch Manager.  In total I have worked directly with consumer credit since 1999 and in real estate related work since 2005.

My Personal interest is in income property but I have a love for real estate all around including an interest in the vital systems of a house (electric, plumbing & heating.)  My interest in property as an investment gives me a unique perspective on buying any type of home including the ones purchased to raise kids in or selling the home once raised in.  I tell clients, you focus on what amenities and features you desire and I will ensure you get what you are looking for at the best value for your dollar by way of a comprehensive CMA on the property you would like to make an offer on or sell.

Give me an opportunity to learn what is most important to you for your next real estate transaction.  Then let my experience as a Full-Time Real Estate Professional guide you to achieving your target. My experience as a Property Manger, Landlord, Personal Real Estate Investor along with my understanding of Real Estate financing and consumer credit gives me a well rounded touch that you will not find with most real estate agents.
